Update:

Cristiano Ronaldo spoke to Jugones ahead of the Champions League final against Liverpool in Kiev on Saturday. The No.7 told the story of when the police raided his boat, his plans for life after football, and discussed his shirt-off celebrations.

Boat raid:

“Everything has a solution. The only thing that doesn’t have a solution is death. There are things that aren’t fair but you’ve got to live with that. Spain looks out for me, but for example, there are a thousand boats in Formentera and the police come on board the smallest one, Cristiano’s one, with cameras. Are we murderers or what? And the kid is having a nap below deck and listening to the police above. I went up and said to them, “what’s going on here?” They had pistols. “What’s happening here, mate?” There were cameras pointing at the boat. The thing is, you think, “are you going to hurt us?” It screws with you at the time. I’m not made of stone, it does hurt you. But what can you do?”

Ronaldo's mother:

“My mother suffers a lot. She’s going [to Kiev] because all the family are going. She doesn’t enjoy it. It could be my final Champions League. She take a few things to calm her down and she’ll watch the final. She doesn’t watch the other matches because she goes for a walk when they kick off, then she goes back home to look at the result.”

Acting career:

“After football I want to be an actor. I’ve had practice because I’ve done various adverts. I don’t want to be a protagonist because I haven’t studied for that. You can’t be the lead role if you’re 42, but you can do other parts. I’ve got a thing for being an actor.”
