Suárez: Barcelona man's tirade at referee captured by cameras
'El Día Después' has broadcast images in which Luis Suárez can be seen railing against the officials in Barcelona's draw with Athletic Bilbao.
Striker Luis Suárez was lucky not to earn himself a red card for a foul-mouthed tirade at the referee in Barcelona's weekend LaLiga stalemate with Athletic Bilbao, television images have shown.
Suárez to referee: "You f**king bottler!"
During the 1-1 draw, the cameras of the Spanish football programme 'El Día Después' ('The Day After') caught Suárez, who failed to get on the scoresheet, yelling at Jaime Latre: "You f**king bottler!"
At another point in the clash at the Camp Nou, which saw the Blaugrana drop points for the third straight league game, he could be seen telling one of Latre's assistants: "You can't see a thing, you clown!"
Although Suárez's team-mates Ivan Rakitic and Lionel Messi were booked for dissent on Saturday, neither of the Uruguayan's remarks were punished by the officials.
Late Munir leveller salvages point for Barcelona
Having lost 2-1 at Leganés three days earlier, Barcelona stayed top of LaLiga on goal difference after a late Munir El Haddadi equaliser cancelled out Óscar de Marcos' first-half goal for Athletic and rescued a point for the hosts.
