Valverde set to include Malcom in squad for Mestalla trip
Luis Suárez is carrying a slight knock after his exertions at Wembley, which may give new signing a chance to make his mark.
Valencia
Following a more than convincing win at Wembley in the Champions League, Barcelona nowlook towards their next test, due to be one of the stiffest of the season, as they travel to the Mestalla to face Valencia on Sunday evening.
However, Luis Suárez returned from London carrying a slight knock, and although the Uruguayan striker could be passed fit to play, Ernesto Valverde will look at the possibility of taking 19 players to Valencia. Among those 19 could be Brazilian forward Malcom, who was signed from Bordeaux last summer for 41 million euros.
Keen to impress
Malcom, who has barely played with the first team - the case with the other new signings until Wednesday, when Arthur Melo and Clement Lenglet both started at Wembley - will hope to win over Valverde, who did not request his signing at the tail end of last season, should Luis Suárez not be available.
