Conte at Madrid would complicate potential Hazard move
The Belgian player and Italian coach enjoyed a tense relationship at Stamford Bridge and Hazard was third in the front line pecking order behind Morata and Giroud.
The potential arrival of Antonio Conte as new head coach at Real Madrid could have consequences for future sporting plans at the club with current Chelsea player Eden Hazard having been identified as one of the key targets for the Bernabeu outfit next summer.
Both Belgian player and Italian coach coincided at London SW6 and initially enjoyed a positive working relationship which deteriorated in the second season coinciding in general tension at the Premier League club which eventually saw the Lecce born coach depart the London club during the summer of 2018.
If, as is expected the Italian coach does take over the reigns at the Santiago Bernabeu, staff at Real Madrid and indeed Conte himself will have to embark on a campaign to convince the Belgian international that a move to the Spanish capital is the right one.
