Bale's agent opens up the door for move to Italy

Jonathan Barnett says Gareth Bale is happy at the moment at Real Madrid but says every great player is reconsidering Italy as an option after Cristiano transfer.

Jonathan Barnett, Gareth Bale's agent, has told Tuttosport that Gareth Bale is happy at the moment but wouldn't rule out the possibility of a move to Italy in the future and says Cristiano Ronaldo's move to Serie A has top players reconsidering it as a destination.

Speaking to the Italian publication, Barnett said: "Could he go to Italy? At the moment, he is happy in Madrid but thinking of the future, however, nothing is impossible."

According to Barnett, Cristiano was "an important lose for Real Madrid" and that Bale "loved playing with him." Nevertheless, Bale continues enjoying himself in Spain at a top club like Real Madrid.

Top players reconsidering Serie A after Ronaldo move

"Juventus have reinforced," he says when speaking about Ronaldo. "Since the signing, all of the champions of world football are starting to consider Serie A and the look at it with different eyes."

Ronaldo made the move to Real Madrid during the summer and Juventus have been tipped to win the Champions League thanks to the firepower he offers up front.

His other client, Wojciech Szczesny, who is currently at Juventus is "feeling happy and loved," according to Barnett. "It's one of the best clubs in the world and he is that's confirmation that he is one of the best goalkeeoers. He can stay there for ten years."
