The Champions League makes a return on Tuesday night with two enticing Round of 16 games to welcome the competition back as AS Roma face FC Porto and a Neymar-less Paris Saint-Germain travel to the North of England to face in-form Manchester United.

UEFA have now confirmed the two match officials for each contest with Italian referee assigned to the attractive contest at Old Trafford.
