Manuel Neuer has recovered from a bout of illness and will travel with Bayern Munich for their Bundesliga match at Borussia Monchengladbach on Saturday.
Neuer positive
The German goalkeeper was sidelined by a finger injury earlier last month, returning for the wins over Augsburg and Hertha Berlin either side of a 0-0 draw at Liverpool in the first leg of their last-16 Champions League tie.
Neuer was suffering from an infection but Bayern confirmed he will travel to Borussia-Park, although David Alaba and Leon Goretzka remain sidelined.
Kingsley Coman has resumed light training after suffering a hamstring injury last weekend but is unavailable and youngsters Meritan Shabani, Jeong Woo-yeong and Lukas Mai have all been named in the travelling party.
Bayern lost 3-0 at home to Gladbach earlier this season, concluding a four-match winless run in all competitions that piled pressure on head coach Niko Kovac.
Dieter Hecking's side are winless in their past three outings but remain third in the Bundesliga – eight points shy of Bayern in second. The crucial second leg against Liverpool takes place on 13 March.
