Kane from halfway gives Spurs last-gasp win over Juve

Harry Kane hits the winner from the halfway line

Thank you so much for joining us for our live coverage - we can see that you've come from all corners of the globe - and we will be back very soon for some more action from the beautiful game.

In the end, penalties may have been a good, and fun way to conclude a fairly even match, however, that would have denied us the chance to watch Harry Kane lobbing Scrabble favourite Wojciech Szczesny from the half-way line.

It may have just been a friendly - OK, boss, it's the famed International Champions Cup - but that was a rather entertaining display from both sides. A strong run out for some of the experienced players, and a good chance to stake a claim in the new sqaud for a few youngsters.

90+4

And the final whistle blows!!!!

OMG!!!! Pressure on the Juve player who was dilly-dallying in the centre circle allowed the English striker to hit an audacious effort from about a yard inside the Juve half. It flew high and over the backtracking Szczesny. Hilarious way to end the game!

90+3

Gooooooooaaaaaaaaaallllll!!! Harry Kane from the half-way line

90+1

Jamie Bowden skips on for, ahem, Oliver Skipp

We'll have four minutes of added time...and then potentially penalties!

89

Some faux pressure from Juve allows Spurs to play out from the back without much concern. The Premier League side then almost fashion a chance with neat passing just inside the area but the move fizzles out.

87

There certainly feels like a drop in pace following all the changes, although there are still moments when a sharp pass tries to unlock the defence with minimal build-up. Higuain is almost treated to one of those deliveries but Gazzaniga comes out and takes control.

86

Boom! Muratore sticks his boot through the ball and some unsuspecting fan high in the crowd may need to change their trousers.

83

CLOSE! Higuain drives his effort across goal and wide when you expected him to hit the target. Will one of these chances give us a winner today?

82

Juve don't hold onto the ball for long and a Spurs injection of pace through the middle sees Kane receive the ball in the right-hand channel of the opposition area. He cuts inside his marker and tries his luck off his left. It's a little scuffed and bobbles wide.

80

A period of control for Spurs, who knock the ball around the middle of the park, under less pressure than before. But nothing created and Juventus get their chance to ponder going for a winner.

76

Kastanos and Muratore on for Matuidi and Pjanic

By the way, if you have lost track of the substitutions since the break, click on the 'LINE-UPS' link at the top of this feed for all the information you need.

74

Nice strike from distance from Roles but Szczesny is behind it well.

71

Walker-Peters is heading off injured with Marsh replacing him. Harvey White also coming on, with Georgiou making way.

70

Shot from Bernardeschi looks problematic but Gazzaniga saves well. Confident showing from the keeper.

69

Cancelo tries to turn the Tottenham defence inside out down the right and ends up with a corner. Pjanic, one of the few starters still on the pitch, delivers but it's dealt with well.

67

CLOSE! Ndombele, not content with an assist in the first few minutes of his Spurs career, collects the ball on the edge of the Juve area and has a pop. Szczesny throws himself to his left but the ball bounces safely just wide.

Ndombele intercepts in the final third and tees up Lucas Moura to slot home. Not a bad start to your new career from the lad that has just arrived from Lyon.

65

Goooooaaaaaaaalllll!!! Moura with the equaliser

63

Changes coming up, and the goalscorer Cristiano is going off, with the new boy from Ajax getting his turn.

Brilliant build-up from Juve finds its way to the left and then a slick ball across the area from De Sciglio under pressure from Walker-Peters is met first-time by the Portuguese star. Big smile, and rightly so. That was like a hot knife through butter.

61

Goooooaaaaaaalllll!!! Cristianoooooooo!!!!!

58

CLOSE!! Harry Kane rises and heads goalwards from just a few yards out. The ball just slides to the wrong side of the far post.

Lovely interplay between the Argentine and Bernardeschi frees the striker in the area and he drills home.

57

Gooooooooaaaaaaaaallllllll!!! Higuain does what he does best.

54

PING apiece | Both sides go close with shots from distance. First Bernardeschi with a low drive that is held well by the young keeper. Then Sissoko let's fly but it's just wide. Bright opening to this half too.

53

Higuain makes a useful looking run through the centre and is found with a lofted pass from deep. Shame he was a couple of metres offside, although fans of the Argentine will be used that statement.

50

Penalty, surely for Spurs!! No! Lamela plays in a lovely through ball for Moura inside the Juve area. The hat-trick man against Ajax appears to be chopped down but the ref says 'naa'. I'll need to see that replay again. VAR anyone?

46

Early chance for Juve as they are handed a free-kick not far outside the Spurs area, slightly to the left. It's hit hard but danger cleared

Underway for the second half

Spurs changes | Kane, Vertonghen, Sissoko ON for Parrot, Tanganga, Dele

Juventus changes | Szczesny, Rabiot and Higuain ON for Buffon, Can and Mandzukic

There were no changes in that first half but get ready for a flood of them in the second, including the likes of Kane, Higuain, Moura, Dybala making an appearance. Forgive me now if I miss telling you about one as it happens!

An interesting game so far with, as I said previously, plenty of positives to be taken away for both Sarri and Pochettino. Spurs had more possession, passes, attempts, and, most importantly (in the scheme of glorified friendlies anyway) lead on goals.

90+3

The whistle blows for half-time.

90+3

Virtually the whole three additional minutes sees Juventus building up to getting an opportunity to strike. In the end, some nice play from Cristiano, cutting in from the left, laying the ball off, and taking up a central spot, was the most likely to cause Spurs' problems. The resultant cross didn't find a Juve head and the ball is cleared to safety.

There will be three added minutes (thanks mainly to the water break)

45

As we hit the final minute of the half, Spurs' young striker hits Cancelo and sees his name the first recorded in A'Qashah's little book.

43

Spurs now get some controlled possession. They work it well throough midfield, back to their defence, forward and back again, before upping the pace and getting into the Juve area. Well cleared before a shot can be taken. Lots of positives coming out of this half.

38

A wonderful passage of play between Pjanic, Cristiano, Matuidi, and De Sciglio ends in a nicely weighted ball into the Spurs box. Mandzukic couldn't make clean enough contact and the danger is over. CR7 with a wry smile; he looks like he's having fun out there.

35

Chance! Mandzukic tries to level things up, getting his head on the end of a delicious cross. As many in the crowd get ready to celebrate, Gazzaniga shows that he has other ideas.

34

After a short water break, the action is back underway. And Spurs almost double their lead with Son tapping into an empty net. Clearly offside so no real surprise shown in the faces of anyone.

It's Lamela with the finish after a high line by Juve is exposed by the Spurs counter. Four on three sees the London side use the overlap to good effect, and despite a sharp save from Buffon, the Argentinian is first to reach the loose ball.

31

Goooooaaaaaaallll!! Spurs take the lead

28

Chance! And his 'fine-ness' is immediately shown. Ronaldo takes a cross from the right on his chest to control and then hits the volley with plenty of power. Just wide of Gazzaniga's post.

27

Cristiano back involved on the left, challenging well against Walker-Peters. He wins a throw for Juve high up the pitch but seems to be in a little discomfort after the legs clash. We've seen that grimmace before, but he'll be fine.

24

Walker-Peters scampers upfield, something we're so used to seeing from wing-backs these days, but the ball is lost and Pjanic immediately looks to feed Cristiano. It's too far ahead of the striker but he gets a little clap from his teammate for the effort.

21

Harry Winks is showing his growing influence in Pochettino's side. There's a lot of nice link-up play from the Champions League runner's up, a team clearly looking to build on last season's surprise success.

19

Corner given to Juve after Matuidi's dangerous looking cross is blocked. Corner taking quickly and wasted.

17

Son getting involved twice in quick succession but Juve tidy up with little fuss and get a chance to break again.

15

Georgiou can't find Parrot in space but there is a decent flow about this game, Spurs' less experienced side so far dealing well with the occasion.

13

De Sciglio gives away a free-kick wide on the right of the Juve area. The ball is swung into the danger zone well and the headed clearance and second block enough to calm things down.

11

Great chance! Some slower build-up from both teams then bursts into life as Cancelo presses high onto the opposition defence and wins the ball back. It is worked quickly to the feet of Cristiano inside the area but he dallied and allowed Walker-Peters to nick it off him. Let's call that 'rusty' from the number 7.

8

Son nips in at the left-hand post and manages to guide the flicked on ball goalwards although just wide.

7

Overhead kick attempt from, I think, Cristiano was intercepted at the last second. Nice athletic-looking fresh air effort though.

6

The short corner from Spurs comes to nothing but Juve get a chance to break down their left. Pjanic and Cristiano combine but the defence snuffs out any potential danger.

4

Chance! The first opening comes for Spurs. Son dribbles in and out of the covering defenders on the inside left channel, but his shot from the eventual tight angle, means it's easy enough for  Buffon to block. Corner.

3

Foul called by referee Ahmad A'Qashah. Lamela making sure he's felt early on

1

Early possession from the Italian champions, as many of them as possible getting a touch.

We're underway...

Right, the players are out and ready. And the ref is about to get us going...

The Spurs lads...

The fans are ready...

One of the questions being asked of Sarri yesterday was around the use of his 34-year-old star, and the answer intrigued those listening. In the past he had talked about Cristiano's natural progression towards an out-and-out striker, but it would appear that he may be returning him to a very specific role out on the left, one that he is very familiar with. Let's see how that plays out today...

Troy Parrot is just 17, but is already seen as one for the near future by Poch after coming through the club at the younger age groups. He scored 14 goals in just nine games of last season's U18 Premier League and has even found himself training with the first team squad.
He's been described as the next Robbie Keane and is very much loved at the club, not only for his abilities, but for being a nice lad.

Most of you joining us should already know plenty about the Juve frontline of Ronaldo, Mandzukic and Bernardeschi. Do you, however, know much about the man up front for Spurs? Allow us to help...

It's a little more experimental from Pochettino...

Pretty strong line-up from Sarri, including their famous number 7.

Right, let's have a look at the team news. First up, Juventus...

Cristiano Ronaldo tends to take the headlines wherever he goes and arrivng in Singapore was no different. Whether he starts or not though, we'll have to wait and see...

The domestic seasons are getting ever closer and most of the first team players are looking to get into peak condition to start those with a bang. We expect to see many of them taking part today as the Serie A champions and Champions League runners-up go head to head.

Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the next exciting installment of the 2019 International Champions Cup, as Juventus play Tottenham Hotspur in Singapore.
