Bob Bradley was very pleased about how his team reacted when facing current MLS champions Seattle Sounders, where four of their key players were unavailable due to international duty.
Los Angeles FC were the top contender to win the 2020 MLS cup prior to the beginning of this season. The 2019 Supporter Shield’s champions started the campaign by defeating Inter Miami and then drawing against Philadelphia Union before the league decided to postpone the campaign due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Since the resumption of the MLS 2020 season in August, LAFC have have managed to stay in the playoff picture with six games left of the regular season.

Five key players missing
But depsite these absentees, LAFC managed to win 3-1 on Sunday at the Banc of California stadium, with the three points earned putting them in fourth place of the Western Conference.
“I am really proud of my players. Great mentality to win a game when it seemed like so many things were against us. Tonight is the night we can just talk about really good mentality and an important victory,” said LAFC’s coach Bob Bradley after defeating Seattle.
Not everything was good news for LAFC this weekend because during the game against Seattle the team suffered two important injuries: Mark-Anthony Kaye and Andy Najar, with both players having to be subbed off. LAFC is waiting for the medical report from Kaye to see how long he will be out, but they already confirmed that Najar could miss the rest of the season.
