Mbappé lays out PSG conditions amid Real Madrid and Liverpool interest
The French international Kylian Mbappé has not yet renewed his contract in Paris but has reportedly made his demands clear, as other clubs circle.
Kylian Mbappé has yet to renew his contract with Paris Saint-Germain and there is every indication that he will not make a decision on that before the European Championships this summer. The Parisian club’s priority continues to be finding a way to make their biggest star extend his contract, something they’d like to have secured before looking to strengthen the squad through other signings.
But negotiations are not progressing and, according to Le Parisien, the France international has put two clear conditions on the table if he is to consider Leonardo's offer.

Mbappé’s stay-at-PSG conditions
Talks between PSG and Mbappé have been ongoing for some time and one of the options offered to the player is for him to renew for three more seasons, i.e. until the end of the 2024/25 campaign, but with an agreement that he could leave in 2024. This proposal appears to be putting the 22-year old off, with the forward having been in doubt about staying in Paris too long as far back as 2019, and is strongly tempted by interest from both Liverpool and Real Madrid.
According to the French newspaper, one of the player’s conditions to renew would be that the contract should only be until 2023, two years short of PSG’s desire. If Mbappé gets his way and extends his current deal to 2023, his objective would be to leave in the summer of 2022, making next season his last in the French capital.
The second key point of the negotiations concerns the sporting guarantees that the former Monaco player has always asked for in order to accept PSG's renewal. Mbappé wants the Parisian giants to provide him with a competitive team to fight for the Champions League, something many would argue they have already done having reached the semi-finals this season and the final in the previous edition. But it is reported that the young star believes that a solid right-back and a midfielder that combines strength, control and technique, are still required, with the likes of Alessandro Florenzi, Leandro Paredes, Ander Herrera and Gana Gueye not delivering at the very top level.
In a number of ways, the upcoming transfer window looks set to be decisive in defining the future of Kylian Mbappé.
