2021 NFL preseason has been an exciting one. With week 3 underway 8 teams have already made their last preseason debut Friday. Multiple position battles have already been established, however, there are still many more to be decided throughout the weekend.

The third and last week of preseason was meant to be played by the 32 NFL teams, just in the same way as week 2. However due to concerning weather conditions regarding Hurricane Ida, the Saints vs. Cardinals final game that was taking place at 8 p.m. tonight have been canceled until further notice, cutting the playing teams to 30 this week.

NFL game canceled due to Hurricane Ida

Tonight's preseason final game confronting the Saints with the Cardinals is canceled as Hurricane Ida rushes towards New Orleans, threatening to potentially hit Louisiana. In a first stance, to avoid cancelation, the game was rescheduled seven hours before the set date, to 1 p.m. ET.

Nevertheless, as the Hurricane gained strength, the Saints' leaders had to make the decision of canceling the game, in order to prevent staff and fans from any possible harm that could be caused by the storm.

Category 1 hurricane Ida will potentially hit Louisiana on Sunday night, however, possibilities of the storm intensifying into a Category 3 before its landing, increase day by day.

Bears vs. Titans

All eyes are set on the Chicago Bears' game against the Tennessee Titans which will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday. Rookie and will play roughly two quarters, according to head coach Matt Nagy.

However, the latest updates on a COVID outbreak in the Titan team, might prevent coach Matt Nagy's quarterback Justin Fields open the game for the Bears. With multiple reserve players on the Tennessee list having test positive, NFL league will have to make a decision on weather or not the game is being canceled

Tennessee Titans, who have been doing daily tests  to all of their players, are fairly confident that they are going to pull out the final game with most of the players on the pitch. Therefore, if all goes as planned, the game will be taking place at the scheduled time.

The Bears have already announced that they plan to start rookie quarterback Justin Fields, with QB1 Andy Dalton getting the night off, and they’ll let Fields begin the game with the starting offensive line.

How to watch?

Six of the remaining NFL's preseason games will be aired live by NFL Network, including tonight's Bears vs. Titans, Seahawks vs. Chargers and Bills vs. Packers. The rest of the games can be watched as replays.

Two of the games to be played Sunday, will be broadcasted live on the national TV: Bengals vs. Dolphins (CBS) and the last preseason game at 6 p.m. between Browns and Falcons (NBC).
