Although Atlanta did not achieve the no-hitter they had been working for, they still managed to blank out Houston.
Austin Riley’s RBI double in the third inning and an insurance run on a home run from Travis d’Arnaud in the eighth lifted the Braves to a 2-1 advantage in the Series.
The Atlanta Braves will once again have the home field edge as they try to pull away and take a commanding lead in the Fall Classic.
