Magic couldn’t keep up with Steph Curry and Warriors
Curry’s last-second shot to beat the first quarter buzzer was just one of 31 points in the Warriors’126-95 win over the Magic.
Steph Curry had another great game against the Magic last night with 31 points and eight assists. He’s well on his way to taking over Ray Allen’s spot as the all-time leader in three-pointers in the NBA. Seven of his shots were three-pointers last night.
In the first quarter, Curry hit a shot to just barely beat the buzzer, shooting eight of 16. He’s only 16 three-pointers away from beating Allen’s record (Curry has 2,958 in the regular season - Allen had 2,973).
It’s possible Curry could at least tie the record on Wednesday when the Warriors play the Portland Trailblazers. If anyone can, the Warriors star could definitely pull it off. If it doesn’t happen then, it’s bound to happen soon.
