Knicks at Heat: times, TV and how to watch online, NBA 2021-22
The conference leading Heat will host the Knicks in what is essentially a must win game for both teams as we approach clutch time in the NBA.
The eternal rivals meet for the first time this regular season in what should be an intriguing affair.
Can the Knicks stop the Heat?
Coming into this game as leaders of the Eastern Conference, the Heat will be looking to keep that dominance going, while the Knicks on the other hand are on the hunt for a 'play in' position. Indeed, New York are 5-5 in their last 10 games. They are currently battling for 10th place in the Eastern Conference which would give them a road to the playoffs. Standing in their way, however, are the Washington Wizards who have the same amount of wins on the season (23) but one loss less. Incidentally that additional loss for the Knicks came against the Wizards. A win in Miami is of critical importance.
Then we have the Heat. Miami are on a positive run at the moment having won 7 of their last 10 games. That being said, there is a degree of pressure on the Heat in that while they are the current leaders of the Eastern Conference, there isn't a whole lot of daylight between them and the four teams that are just below them in the standings. If they are to maintain their control of the pack, then a win against New York is most definitely necessary.
