Antonio Brown criticizes the Buccaneers and Tom Brady...again
Antonio Brownis once again making headlines for questionable reasons, after he posted a profanity laden rant against the Buccaneers and Tom Brady.
After his now infamous departure from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, it would seem that the out of work wide receiver is not done hitting back at the franchise just yet. In fact, this time around he went all out.
Antonio Brown rages about the Bucs, Brady and his foot
NFL fans were treated to a peculiar post on Monday courtesy of former Bucs wide receiver Antonio Brown. The now out of contract player took to social media where he made his feelings about the team very clear. In addition, he also focused in on Tom Brady as he took out his anger over his dismissal from the team. Brown alleged that Brady refused to throw him the ball during the fateful game against the New York Jets when he ended his time with the Bucs in shocking fashion as he removed his jersey and ran across the field while the game was still in play.
Brown would also go on to use profanity as he ended his post with a sentence that involved use of the F-word.He also ended his message with a vulgar sentence that involved use of the F-word. It should be said that Brown has more or less maintained the same stance since he was cut by the Buccaneers, however, this latest rant was perhaps more detailed in it's nature. Of course the feud between Brown and the Buccaneers has stayed as constant as it has been bitter. For his part, Brown has insisted that Arians made him play with an injured ankle, while the Bucs coach has flatly denied the accusation.
What's Antonio Brown's problem with Tom Brady?
If you've been following the saga between Brown and the Bucs, then you will recall that back in January, Brown accused Brady of pretending to be his friend because on field prowess. "To me, a friend is someone who's your back," Brown said at the time. "Not everybody in sports is going to be your friend. Tom Brady's my friend why? Because I'm a good football player. He needs me to play football. People have different meanings of what friendship is."

Brown would also go on to questioned why he wasn't being paid a higher salary by the Buccaneers if Brady was truly trying to help him make it in Tampa Bay. There was also another moment during the off-season, when Brown alleged that the Buccaneers offered him $200,000 in exchange for his agreement to attend mental health treatment. Brown disclosed that he refused and further to that, explained that he has no problems with his mental health. While it remains unclear as to what motivated this latest outburst from Brown, one potential cause that has been cited is a recent interview that Bucs' receiver Mike Evans did with Yahoo Sports. Evans was asked about the Brown situation to which he responded that Brown left because he wasn't receiving the ball.
"What I remember is we were trying to get him to come back in the game," Evans said. "He was saying he wanted the rock, and I mean rightfully so, we should have got him the rock - I mean he's an unbelievable player. Like 'Yo, come in the game AB.'" Whatever the case, between Arians' denial, Evans 'confirmation' and Brown's most recent tirade, it appears that there may yet be more to come in this story.
