Oasis add extra US dates to 2025 tour due to demand: tickets, pre-sale, how to buy

The Mancunian indie rockers have added four extra dates to the US leg of their 2025 world tour, due to “phenomenal demand” for tickets to the five gigs announced at the start of the week.

Oasis will be heading to North America, Canada and Mexico for a marathon run of shows tying in with their much-anticipated comeback tour next summer which has already sold out.

Two extra Wembley dates were added - for 27th and 28th of September 2025 and they too have both now sold out.

It’s been a similar story stateside, after the group announced a run of five dates over on the other side of the Atlantic.

When will Oasis play in the United States?

On Monday, the band announced the first five dates across the continent, with concerts lined up in Los Angeles, Chicago, New Jersey, Toronto and Mexico City. Demand for tickets has been high, prompting promoters to add second shows in Toronto, New Jersey, Los Angeles and Mexico City.

Oasis make their return to North America at the end of August 2025 - a month in which the group will play a total of 11 shows. The first stop-off on the tour is the Rogers Centre, in downtown Toronto - home to MLB franchise the Toronto Blue Jays. Bands that have graced the Rogers Centre stage include: Guns N’ Roses, The Pretenders, the Jonas Brothers, Elton John, the Strokes, Red Hot Chilli Peppers...

From Toronto, the globe-trotting Gallaghers will fly south to Chicago for one show at Soldier Field on 28 August. Three days later, the tour heads to New Jersey, to the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford where they will play two shows on 31 August and 1 September.

In September, they will play two concerts at the 90,000-capacity Rose Bowl, Los Angeles on the 6th and 7th. Then across the border to Mexico City for two appearances at Estadio GNP Seguros (formerly Foro Sol) which at full capacity can house an audience of 63,500.

Oasis 2025 Tour US leg: how to buy tickets

Pre-sale tickets can be purchased by those who are successful in the ballot on Thursday 3 October at 2 p.m. local time - depending on time zone and gig location and will be available from Ticketmaster. Entry is by private ballot only.

Fans who didn’t sign up for a pre-sale code might be able to get lucky when tickets go on general sale at 12 noon local time on Friday 4 October - again this time will differ depending on time zones.

The good news is that dynamic pricing will not be applied to ticket sales in the US. Considering the problems many fans encountered trying to buy tickets for the UK shows, it’d be wise to log on early as you may be in a queue...

During their mid-90s heyday, Oasis stopped off in the States several times, notably with the Don’t Believe the Truth Tour and the Dig Out Your Soul Tour which took them across North and South America.

The group’s last gig in the United States was at the Patriot Center in Fairfax, Virginia on 20 December 2008. They performed a 20-song set, including a four-song encore with the last song they played on US soil being a barnstorming cover of the Beatles’ I am the Walrus.
