When is the premiere of ‘Knox Goes Away’ starring Michael Keaton? Release date, cast and trailer

It may have already had a screening in Toronto last year, but now anticipation is growing for its official release in the US and beyond.

A select few got to see its premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival in September of last year. Now movie goers are keen to get their tickets for a seat as Michael Keaton’s ‘Knox Goes Away’ prepares for its release in the United States.

If you are one of those eagerly awaiting the noir thriller directed by Keaton from a script by Gregory Poirier then you’ll be delighted to hear that it will be coming to a cinema near you from Thursday 15 March 2024. I’m not going to give much away but this gist of the movie is that a contract killer, facing a rapidly progressing form of dementia, finds an opportunity for redemption as he strives to protect his estranged son’s life.

What else is Michael Keaton famous for?

Keaton is an American actor known for his versatile performances in both comedic and dramatic roles. He was born Michael John Douglas on 5 September 1951, in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, but rose to fame in the 1980s and 1990s with roles in films such as ‘Mr. Mom,’ ‘Beetlejuice,’ ‘Batman,’ and ‘Batman Returns.’ Note that one of those is making a return! His career has spanned various genres, including comedy, drama, and action, receiving critical acclaim for several of his performances with nods from the Golden Globe and the Oscars.
