No Kings protests near me: Interactive map to find nearest rally today, Saturday, March 28

As hard-working citizens around the country struggle to pay basic bills and medical costs, the president is splashing out on a war few people want in Iran, having already gone into Venezuela, reforming the White House Rose Garden and turning the Oval Office into a Mar-a-Lago style, gold plated, ostentatious meeting room, while making billions on cryptocurrency and benefiting friends and family.
🚨 Tomorrow we flood the streets and say it loud:

NO KINGS.
No crowns. No one above the law. No surrender to autocracy.
We show up, stand together, and remind them who this country belongs to.

Organizers of the protest have called for Americans to show their disagreement with Trump’s policies. The idea is for people to try to protect social programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, civil rights, medical research, national parks and Social Security. You know, the stuff that helps our fellow humans.

What are the No Kings protests?
In June and October of 2025, millions of activists across the U.S. gathered for “No Kings” protests in all 50 states, in what was called a “nationwide day of defiance.” Their message? The United States doesn’t have kings – and people need to remind the current administration that public officials hold office to serve the public and not themselves.
Launched by the 50501 Movement and a coalition of progressive groups, the protests are described as a grassroots pushback against what organizers say is Trump’s “authoritarian spectacle.” The name refers to “50 protests, 50 states, one movement.”
According to the official No Kings website, the goal is to show the world “what democracy really looks like.”
“We’re building a movement that leaves him behind,” the organizers say. Events will take place in parks, on courthouse steps, in town squares and on Main Streets all over the country.
Celebrity support helped spread the word in 2025 and continues in 2026 with names like Bradley Whiford, Robert DeNiro, Bruce Springsteen and many others...
Bradley Whitford: “I want to encourage everyone to take advantage of their 1st Amendment rights this weekend and show up at your local No Kings rally. Our democracy is on the line and we need everyone’s voice in this fight. In the meantime, I just want to point out that Stephen… pic.twitter.com/H8fpEStOZf

With all that is happening in the country (War in Iran, ICE raids, disinformation campaigns, illegal firings, corruption, etc.) the turnout is expected to be huge, again.
Looking at all the blue dots scattered all across the country for tomorrow’s No Kings protests makes me so happy.

Where and how can I join the No Kings protests?
An interactive map is now live, which shows the nearest protest events by ZIP code. You can search your city, sign up to attend, or even register a new event if there isn’t one nearby.
From Los Angeles to Louisville, protests are planned in every state. In some places, it’ll be a few hundred people with signs; in others, full-scale rallies with speakers, music, and flag-waving – though not the kind Trump is fond of.
If you're too frightened to go to your local No Kings protest this weekend, think deeply about what that says about our country and our current circumstances.

Your fear is the best possible argument for going. pic.twitter.com/ApRbckcKje
America fought off a monarchy almost 250 years ago – and on March 28, many will be out in force to say they don’t want one creeping back.
