The all-time records
when discussing historical records, Trijntje Keever is often cited as the tallest woman ever recorded, allegedly reaching 260 cm (8 ft 6 in) during her lifetime in the early 17th century.
In contrast, Zeng Jinlian from China holds the record for the tallest verified woman in modern times, standing at 248.3 cm (8 ft 1.75 in) until her death in 1982.
