After nearly 40 years of being open to the public, what is considered the worst McDonald’s restaurant in the world has closed its doors, as explained by the British newspaper Mirror. The establishment was located in the Canadian capital, Ottawa, and was named the worst McDonald’s among other reasons, for generating 800 calls to the police in just one year.

The place opened its doors in 1985, and since then it has left nothing more than a trail of almost traumatic experiences for some of its customers. It hosted a massive fight among his customers that went viral in 2013. Two years later, in 2015, there was another brawl, but the location also became made headlines after a diner decided release a raccoon in the restaurant.

The security problems occurred so frequently at the “worst McDonald’s” in the world that it caused those in charge of the establishment to change its opening hours for the public. Previously doors were open 24 hours a day, but after the successive fights that took place inside the hours were changed from 06:00 to 22:00.

Problems with the rental of the premises

Despite this, the restaurant has decided to close permanently and permanently.
