The Pacific Palisades wildfire has left a trail of destruction in its wake, consuming over 1,000 structures and forcing more than 30,000 residents to evacuate.

Among those affected are several high-profile celebrities who have lost their homes to the relentless flames as it nears Beverly Hills. The area is home to numerous A-listers, including Ben Affleck, Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson, and members of the Kardashian family

James Woods, the Emmy award-winning actor, shared his heartbreak on social media. “I couldn’t believe our lovely little home in the hills held on this long. It feels like losing a loved one,” Woods wrote.

Reality TV stars Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, known for their roles in “The Hills,” are among the most notable victims of the fire. Their home, located at the epicenter of the blaze, was reportedly “burned to the ground”. The couple, along with their children, managed to evacuate safely, but are said to be “devastated” by the loss.

While not confirmed to have lost their homes, several other celebrities have been forced to flee the area. Mark Hamill, famous for his role as Luke Skywalker in Star Wars, described a harrowing evacuation from his Malibu home. He called it the “most horrific fire since ‘93,” referring to the 1993 Malibu fires that destroyed 323 homes.

Mandy Moore, star of “This Is Us,” evacuated her Pasadena home with her three children and pets.

Other celebrities affected by the fire include Eugene Levy, dubbed the honorary mayor of Pacific Palisades, who was caught in the gridlock of fleeing residents. Steve Guttenberg, known for “Police Academy,” stayed behind to help firefighters by moving cars to make way for fire trucks
