Time is running out to claim up to $2500 from Cash App settlement: requirements and how to apply
Although Block and Cash App have denied any wrongdoing, some users may be eligible for a chunk of $15 million. Here’s who qualifies and how to claim it.
The companies were accused of negligence and breaching security obligations with customers in 2022. A former employee had accessed the company’s account data despite not being employed by the company anymore. The company was forced to inform over 8.2 million users about what happened.
Users or consumers can take legal action against companies when they fail to comply with the terms of their services or advertisements, as well as when there are privacy violations. If the situation is widespread, a class action lawsuit can be filed for the benefit of others.
