Here’s all you need to know if you plan to eat out on Thanksgiving this year.

Two major fast food chains will be closed on Nov. 27: Which restaurants will be open on Thanksgiving?

Two major fast-food chains will not be serving customers this Thanksgiving. Both Chick-fil-A and Taco Bell have confirmed they will close all their US locations on Thursday, Nov. 27, allowing staff to spend the holiday with family and friends.
Chick-fil-A, known for closing every Sunday, has long followed this practice during major holidays, while Taco Bell said its restaurants would also shut down for the day.
Still, plenty of other restaurants plan to stay open for those not in the mood to cook. Many McDonald’s and Burger King locations will operate, although hours may vary depending on the franchise. IHOP is another dependable option, especially for breakfast or a late-morning meal.

Cracker Barrel will open its dining rooms for those who want a sit-down experience and a more traditional Thanksgiving menu, while Domino’s will offer its usual delivery and take-out service for anyone craving pizza instead of turkey.
For casual dining, Applebee’s, Denny’s, and Waffle House are also expected to welcome customers, with Waffle House continuing its crazy tradition of staying open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Starbucks will operate in many locations as well, though some stores may close early. If you’re planning to visit a specific restaurant, it’s best to check online or call ahead, as opening times and menu options can differ by area.
If you do celebrate Thanksgiving, you may notice the prices are a lot higher than last year. Trump posted the following message on social media: “Walmart just announced that Prices for a Thanksgiving Dinner is now down 25 percent since under Sleepy/Crooked Joe Biden, in 2024. AFFORDABILITY is a Republican Stronghold. Hopefully, Republicans will use this irrefutable fact!” but HuffPost took a look at the actual facts.
