What day of the week is the cheapest to shop at the supermarket?

While each day of the week is special for saving on specific items, the best shopping days in general are Wednesdays and Thursdays. Thanks to mid-week restocks, new promotions, and fewer crowds, Wednesday is the best day of the week for grocery shopping.

According to shopping experts, bread and beer are usually on sale on Wednesdays. On the other hand, sandwiches are usually cheaper on Thursdays. Additionally, the supermarket will probably be less crowded in the middle of the week than on a Saturday or Sunday.

The day with the most deals
