A massive explosion blasted a Chase Bank building in downtown Youngstown, Ohio, injuring seven people. One of them is said to be in critical condition, while one other person has been reported to be unaccounted for.
Emergency personnel responded to the incident and arrived at the building, also known as Realty Towers, after an explosion was reported to have taken place at the first floor around 2:30 p.m. local time. A security camera captured the powerful blast as seen below.

What was the cause of the explosion in the building in downtown Youngstown, Ohio?
According to local firefighters, the blast was possibly caused by a gas leak. This was later confirmed by the Mahoning County Emergency Management Agency which said the explosion was caused by a natural gas leak.
The agency said the situation was under control, but urged the public to avoid the area until further notice.
