Looking for a job? The Atlanta Braves might have a position for you if you can meet the basic requirements
With the curtain recently coming down on the 2025 season, thoughts now turn to the new year with the Braves looking to make a hire.

The 2025 season was a disappointing one for the Atlanta Braves, as they finished out of the playoffs entirely. The Braves finished the regular season with a record of 76 wins and 86 losses (76-86) which record placed them 4th in the National League East division.
The Braves did not qualify for the 2025 MLB Postseason, which snapped a streak of seven consecutive playoff appearances for the team.

The team reportedly dealt with a lot of injuries throughout the campaign, particularly in the starting rotation. In a significant organizational change following the season, long-time manager Brian Snitker stepped down and was replaced by bench coach Walt Weiss.
New Braves recruit
The Atlanta Braves are looking for a new sprinter, but not for the baseball team itself.
They are holding in-person auditions for a new person to portray “The Freeze,” the high-speed sprinter who races fans during the “Beat the Freeze” in-game promotion at home games.
The job is for a Mascot Sprinter to perform as RaceTrac’s “The Freeze.” Applicants need to be physically fit, be able to run fast, and be comfortable entertaining large crowds.

So, while the MLB team is focused on signing baseball players like shortstops (Kim Ha-seong, Bo Bichette) and pitchers in the offseason, the organization is definitely searching for a very fast person for their popular fan entertainment role.
