Curry injury status changed by Warriors doctors
The Golden State Warriors star is being closely monitored by his team doctors during the playoff phase.

Golden Warriors Star Stephen Curry has seen his injury status changed to ‘available’ by the team doctors, who are clearly happy with his progress as he recovers from a thumb issue.
The official NBA injury report confirms that he will ready to play at full speed in Game 2 against the Houston Rockets; the Warriors are currently 1-0 up with Curry playing 39:38 in an 85-95 win for the Californians.
In fact, despite being spotted holding his thumb on various occasions, Curry was a hugely influential player for the Warriors, ending the game with 31 points, six rebounds and three assists while shooting 12-for-19 from the field and 5-for-9 from beyond the line.

Kerr: ‘Incredible’ Curry ‘made some amazing plays’
Head coach Steve Kerr said “Steph was incredible, he was incredible” during the game, adding that “with that type of pressure on him from [Amen] Thompson and others, he just made some amazing plays and, obviously, carried us offensively along with Jimmy.”
Curry’s form will need to be tip-top in Game 2 against Houston, who will be keen on levelling the scoreboard. Ime Udoka’s side are going through a tough patch of form, having succumbed to three successive defeats and have lost back-to-back games at home; despite this, the bookies are calling them favourites for the game. “I wouldn’t say the moment, I would say the physicality at times, going after guys, and just play-off basketball”, said the head coach,
“It’s not really about the moment. Going into the lane, trying to shoot over too many and not finding your outlets is a big thing and a big key for us all year.”
Steph Curry is 37 years old. I’m not taking a second of watching him for granted 🤞
