Top NBA stars have revealed their favourite celebrations and there’s one name that comes out on top with the most picks.

Steph Curry has transformed the elite game with his three-point shooting and his iconic ‘Night, Night’ celebration is proving just as influential. After delivered a decisive three-pointer late in the game, Curry often places his hands together, cradling one side of his head, and mimics sleeping. The message is clear: Game over. Night, night.

In a video shared by the NBA on social media Curry’s celebration was selected by Devin Booker, Jaren Jackson Jr, Austin Reaves, Norman Powell, Jared McCain and Tyrese Maxey as the best in the league.

Notably, Curry’s celebration in the gold medal game of the summer’s Olympics was cited as the prime example. He scored four three-pointers in the final three minutes of the game, finishing with an outrageous looping effort to seal the game and the gold medal for Team USA. Of course, he followed it up with the ‘Night, Night’.

Other popular celebrations were Lebron James’s ‘King’s Crown', which was selected by Andre Drummond and Caleb Martin as their favourite. Dwight Powell went for Kyrie Irving

D‘Angelo Russell picked his own ’Ice In My Veins' celebration. He explained: “I started it way, way back. I don’t get credit for it no more but it’s cool, it’s trending in the right direction.” Damian Lilliard went for his own ‘It’s Dame Time' celebration and Milwaukee Bucks teammate MarJon Beauchamp agreed.
