This is how the NBA Play-In and Playoff matchups look in the Western and Eastern Conferences

After six months, 82 games and one overtime session in Golden State, the NBA postseason is finally here. We head to the Play-In Tournament which will be played from the 15-18 of April, and once the winners of the Play-In are determined the first round will be set.

Warriors sent to Play-In

It was a frantic finish on Sunday afternoon with teams looking to lock up the highest seed possible. All eyes were locked on the late afternoon tip off in the Western Conference. The game of the day took place in San Francisco as the Los Angeles Clippers and Golden State Warriors battled for a direct playoff spot. LA won it in overtime and wrapped up the five seed in the West.

The Oklahoma City Thunder and Cleveland Cavaliers ran away with their respective divisions weeks ago, and they will be the one seeds in the East and West. They will wait until the Play-In is settled until they know their opponent, but there are a few playoff series determined already.

In the East, the three seed NY Knicks will play the Detroit Pistons, and the Indiana Pacers will play the Milwaukee Bucks. In the West, the LA Lakers will play the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Denver Nuggets will play the Clippers. The rest of the teams will have to wait until the Play-In is over.
