NCAA Baseball SEC Tournament bracket, schedule and scores
Wins by LSU, South Carolina, Mississippi State, and Vanderbilt have the SEC tournament bracket topsy turvy going into day two.
Update:
The 2024 NCAA Baseball SEC Tournament is off to a running start as the bottom-ranked teams upturned the tables in the first day’s play.
Eleventh-ranked LSU drummed number six Georgia by eight runs in a 9-1 rout, while tenth-ranked South Carolina pulled off a similar feat, handing number seven Alabama a 10-5 loss.
The favorites won the day over in Vanderbilt, as the eight-ranked Commodores beat ninth-ranked Florida 6-3 and the game of the day was by far in Mississippi as the fifth-ranked Bulldogs slugged it out with twelfth-ranked Ole Miss in a narrow 2-1 win for State.
