After a two-season absence, the Ravens are back in the playoffs and looking for revenge on last week’s loss to the Bengals. Cincinnati is the third seed in the playoffs and they flexed their muscles in the final week of the season when they romped over Baltimore 27-16.

With passions running high on both sides of the ball, there is always a chance that either team will misstep, but with all things being equal, the Bengals are in far superior shape than the Ravens are.

Baltimore’s defense is a physical juggernaut, spearheaded by All-Pro linebacker Roquan Smith and will not lay down for Cincinnati, no matter how overmatched they may be.

The Bengals are riding an eight-game winning streak, while the Ravens have won only one game without Lamar Jackson at the helm. Cincy will miss La’el Collins and Alex Cappa in that offensive line, and that may help the Ravens stay within sight of the Bengals, but Cincinnati has an offense that is if anything more powerful than last year’s and can put crazy numbers on the board.

With the Ravens going without Lamar Jackson, they have little hope of keeping pace with Joe Burrow and the Bengals’ attack. There is little doubt that Cincinnati wins the game, the only question is by how much. The spread is pretty conservative, but covering it will be a tough ask for the Ravens.

Prediction: Ravens 10-31 Bengals
