Robinson reveals the secret behind sensational 93-yard touchdown
The Falcons star spoke to the media after the game against the Rams.

In a game that had fans on the edge of their seats, Atlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson delivered one of the most electrifying performances of the 2025 NFL season, spearheading a 27-24 Monday night victory over the Los Angeles Rams at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Robinson’s lightning 93-yard touchdown run not only swung momentum in Atlanta’s favour but also set a new benchmark in Falcons history.
The key moment came late in the second quarter. With the ball deep in his own territory, Robinson took a handoff from quarterback Kirk Cousins, jinked past a wannabe tackler, and pressed ‘lightspeed’ on his suit of armour.
93 yards later, the touchdown stands as the longest rushing effort in franchise history and one of the longest in the league this season.

“I’ve got to take off... don’t get caught... just run as fast as you can”
“That was just one of those plays where I had to make a guy miss in the hole,” Robinson said in the postgame scramble to get a microphone within spitting distance of his mouth. “I was trying to find another crease and the crease came about, and I was like, man, I’ve got to take off. We don’t got a jumbotron here, so I was like, alright, either I don’t get caught or just run as fast as you can. I kept kind of looking back to see if I was free and we got the touchdown, so that was a really big momentum shift for our team.”
Usain Bolt finished the night with 195 rushing yards on 22 carries, adding another 34 receiving yards and a touchdown through the air. It was a night of records: his total of 229 scrimmage yards led all players and helped him break the Falcons’ single-season scrimmage yards best, surpassing a number that had stood for decades.
While the Falcons remain outside of playoff contention with one week to play, Robinson’s performance gave fans something to cheer about. Can they dream for next year with their prime-time star?
"Bijan started off, first and foremost, as probably the greatest person, as an individual, that's ever been in a locker room."
