This confident youngster wants to be selected first in the 2025 NFL Draft
Deion Sanders' son is so confident in himself that he claims he is capable of changing the course of any franchise.

The Tennessee Titans hold the coveted first overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft after finishing the 2024 season as the league’s worst team. This gives them the opportunity to select the most talented college football player available. One of the leading candidates for that top spot is Shedeur Sanders, the standout quarterback from the Colorado Buffaloes, who has expressed his excitement at the prospect of being chosen by the AFC South team.
When asked about the possibility of being drafted as the first overall pick, Sanders was enthusiastic. “I’d love it and would be incredibly grateful,” he told the Titans’ website during the East-West Shrine Bowl. “I’ve heard amazing things about the city and its fans, and I know it would be an incredible experience.”
Sanders, the son of NFL legend Deion Sanders, had a stellar final season at the collegiate level. He led the Big 12 Conference with an impressive 4,134 passing yards and 37 touchdown passes, completing 353 of 477 attempts. His standout performance earned him eighth place in the Heisman Trophy voting—an award ultimately won by his Colorado teammate, Travis Hunter—and the title of Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year.

A Quarterback ready to transform a franchise
Sanders exudes confidence in his ability to make an impact at the professional level. “I’m just a player who’s ready to help any team that drafts me,” he said. “I know I can change the direction of their program.”
Beyond the Titans, several other teams near the top of the draft order could use a quarterback to secure their future. The Cleveland Browns and New York Giants, also picking in the top three, are in the market for a franchise signal-caller. Meanwhile, teams like the Las Vegas Raiders and New York Jets are likely to consider selecting a quarterback later in the first round.
