Well, in the past we’ve seen some blowouts where teams lost by 35, 36, 42 and even 45 points. For those who are just watching for the commercials and nachos, it’s no big deal, but if you want to see an interesting game, there’s nothing worse than a blowout.

What is the biggest Super Bowl blowout?
Back in 1990, Super Bowl XXIV, the San Francisco 49ers beat the Denver Broncos 55 - 10, which is, to date, the largest margin of victory in Super Bowl history. Joe Montana completed 22 of 29 passes for five TDs and 297 yards to shut down the Broncos. Denver had an impressive 1989 season with John Elway leading the way, but the 49ers were just too much for the Broncos.
