What time is the halftime show of the Super Bowl 2025? How to watch Kendrick Lamar
Kendrick Lamar will perform at the Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show. We explain how to watch it live on TV and online.

This Sunday, February 9, Kendrick Lamar will headline the Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. The rapper will take the stage during the halftime show of the NFL’s biggest game of the season at a high point in his career, thanks to the success of Not Like Us, a track that is part of his beef with Drake.
“Rap music remains the most impactful genre to this day. And I’ll be there to remind the world why. They picked the right one,” Lamar said last September after Roc Nation, Apple Music, and the NFL announced that he would be performing at the Apple Music Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show.
Previously, in 2022, Kendrick performed as a guest at the Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show. At that time, he performed M.A.A.D City and Alright, but now he will be the main act. We explain how to watch the Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show on TV and online.

Here’s What We Can Expect from Kendrick Lamar’s Halftime Show
In a press conference, Lamar said that the audience can expect “storytelling” in his performance. “I’ve always been very open about telling stories through my repertoire and my musical history. And I’ve always been passionate about expressing them on any stage I’m on, whether it’s my world tour or a performance in front of 500 people at a club (…) I like for people to listen, watch, and reflect,” he said.
The only confirmed singer to join Kendrick is SZA, with whom he has multiple collaborations, including All the Stars, Luther, Gloria, Doves in the Wind, and 30 for 30. One of these could be included in his setlist, which has already confirmed the song Not Like Us.
As for other potential guest artists, the rapper may bring in someone he’s collaborated with before. One possibility is Lil Wayne, who is from New Orleans and with whom he has the song Mona Lisa, or Future and Metro Boomin, who worked with Lamar on Like That. Lamar also has songs with artists like Baby Keem, Jay Rock, Doechii, Travis Scott, Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, Taylor Swift, Eminem, Beyoncé, The Weeknd, Sia, U2, Jay-Z, and Drake.
