Christmas Day 2025 features a busy NFL schedule, with three games played back-to-back across December 25.

For the sixth consecutive season, there will be live NFL regular season games played on December 25 in what is becoming a real tradition. This year’s schedule brings Cowboys - Commanders (1pm ET), Lions - Vikings (4:30pm ET) and Broncos - Chiefs (8:15pm ET). Of course, alongside the sporting action there will also be performances from big stars.

The headline event from the day’s action will be the halftime show for the Lions - Vikings game, with a genuine superstar taking charge of proceedings. Legendary rapper Snoop Dogg will be at U.S. Bank Stadium for Snoop’s Holiday Halftime Party, following up on his appearance at Super Bowl LVI in Inglewood, California.

Snoop said: “NFL, Netflix and your uncle Snoop on Christmas Day? We’re servin’ up music, love and good vibes for the whole world to enjoy. That’s the kind of holiday magic Santa can’t fit in a bag.”

Also on the bill are artists EJAE, Audrey Nuna and REI AMI, best-known for providing vocals for Netflix’s ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ movie. The game is one of two Christmas Day matchups that will be broadcast live on Netflix, meaning that subscription-holders from all around the world will be able to catch all the action.

Netflix’s chief content officer Bela Bajaria said of the plans: “We’re uniting two global cultural juggernauts, the NFL and the one and only Snoop Dogg, who will drop the hottest halftime show. As a West Coast girl and huge fan myself, I can confidently say this is the ultimate gift we could give our members. We’re ready to drop it like it’s hot this holiday celebration!”
