Topuria made his UFC debut in October 2020 with a points win decision over Youssef Zalal, and his rise in the company has been lightning fast, moving to 14-0 as he now fights for the belt. In the process, Topuria has earned “between one million and one and a half million euros”.

Topuria revealed his earnings in a Spanish TV show

El Matador was asked about his earnings in the Spanish TV show La Resistencia a year ago. Topuria said, “between 60,000 and 100,000 euros monthly, beating the s**t out of people”. He also explained on the Webpositer Agency podcast that he had earned “between one million and one and a half million euros” since he signed for the UFC. “Money is super important, it’s what motivates me because I have to feed my kid. My legacy, fame, or my belts won’t feed him”, he said.

Topuria is one of the biggest stars in the UFC right now and he’s very active on social media, with several partnerships with different brands. He’s a member of the Oblack Caps community and has founded KEIO, the first and only telecommunication company inspired by the sports world, which offers different tools to have a healthy lifestyle.

“All the money I make, if I have to invest it, I invest it on myself. I don’t invest in anything I don’t know and where I have no control. I like investing in my brand”. El Matador is successful inside, but also outside the octagon.
