Update:

Excitement is building as the Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches is set to take place from Feb. 27 to March 2. Formerly known as the Honda Classic until 2023, this revamped tournament is expected to captivate golf enthusiasts with its thrilling competition and generous prize money.

The 2025 Cognizant Classic will be played at the prestigious PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens. Favorites for the week are Shane Lowry, Sunghae Im, Russel Henley and Taylor Pendrith, amongst others.

Although the Cognizant Classic is not officially designated as a PGA Tour signature event, it is the start of the Florida Swing and players are looking to pocket some cash and get some FedExCup points and work their way into some of the better known tournaments this Spring. Americans Daniel Berger, Denny McCarthy and Russell Henley are also expected to be in the run for the money come Sunday afternoon. Austin Eckroat is back to defend his title against other past champoins such as Chris Kirk, Keith Mitche and Rickie Fowler.
