Tommy Fury challenges Jake Paul again to fight in Manchester in October
Tyson Fury’s brother Tommy sent a message on his social networks and indicated that he is willing to fight Jake Paul in Manchester in October.
The fight with Jake Paul was ruled out because Tommy Fury was unable to enter the United States due to his ties to mob boss Daniel Kinahan. Now, Tyson Fury’s brother issued a new challenge to the YouTuber.
Paul was left without a fight after the bout against Hasim Rahman Jr. also fell through at the last minute. However, he assured that he was willing to go to England to fight fellow YouTuber-turned-boxer KSI.
Those statements by the social media star caused Fury to turn to his networks and propose to Paul that they fight next October in the city of Manchester, England. Will Paul accept?
Tommy's challenge to Jake
Tommy Fury’s video message initially does not indicate that it is dedicated to the 25-year-old. However, it begins with “Someone can’t keep my name out of the mouth,” and says that the person has mentioned him on Instagram and Twitter. Later on in the post, some text at the bottom reveals its intended recipient- @JakePaul.
Fury said he heard that Paul is going to fight in October at 185 pounds, and said that he himself has been training at this weight.
“If you want this thing settled once and for all, get yourself over here and let’s get it on. There’s no excuses here, no one’s afraid to fight you. Get in touch, you pick the date, the venue, I’m not bothered.”
Tommy Fury and Jake Paul were originally scheduled to fight in early August in the United States, but it couldn’t take place because of the ban on Fury.
