Less than a week after Bryson DeChambeau won the US Open from Pinnehurst No. 2, the PGA rolls on to Cromwell, Connecticut for the 2024 Travelers Championship. This is everything you need to know about this weekends tournament from TPC River Highlands.

Last year is was Keegan Bradley who won the tournament and he will be back in Cromwell this weekend hoping to defend his title. There will be some big names looking to bounce back from an underwhelming major championship from just a week ago. Top ranked golfer in the world Scottie Scheffler, who missed the cut at Pinehurst No. 2, will be looking to get back into contention against Hideki Matsuyama, Max Homa, Jordan Speith and Matt Fitzpatrick.

Rory McIlroy will skip the tournament after announcing he would be taking some time off on social media. McIlroy missed two short putts on 16 and 18 that could have won him his first major since 2014.

Chris Gotterup will be the first player to tee off on Thursday at 8:05 a.m. ET and the rest of the field will follow until the last group of Billy Horschel and Stephan Jaeger start their round at 2:10 p.m. ET as each of the players eyes the $3.6 million winner’s share.
