All eyes in the golfing world will be firmly fixed on the Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte (North Carolina) as the 2025 PGA Championship gets underway.

The tournament runs through to Sunday with Rory McIlroy, Scottie Scheffler and Bryson DeChambeau all tipped as the leading candidates to scoop the 3.6 million dollars prize money awaiting the winner on Sunday.

McIlroy will tee off at 8:22 a.m. ET from the 10th tee on Thursday along with Xander Schauffele and world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler.

The Northern Irish player fresh from completing a career grand slam at Augusta, has already won at Quail Hollow four times as Jon Rahm, Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth are the players to watch out for at Quail Hollow this week.

Watching the 2025 PGA Championship live

For any golf fans who happen to be in the Charlotte area over the next few days, there is good news and bad news.

Tickets for the competition are still available via official resale channels but they don’t come cheap.

Day 1 is the cheapest day with a resale tickets set to set fans back at just over $200.

Friday tickets start at $324 increasing to $378 for Saturday. The Sunday finale is the most expensive (according to Seatgeek pricing at the time of writing) with tickets available from $381.

For fans with deeper pockets, daily hospitality packages are available only on the Friday and Saturday, which include access to the tournament along with a food buffet offering, open bar, seating at indoor tables, and an outdoor patio. This ticket costs $2,400 on Friday with a similar ticket for the following available for $1,800.
