F1 GP Bahrain 2023: schedule, TV and where to watch the Sakhir race live online
Find out the date, time, where to watch live on television and how to follow the Formula 1 Bahrain GP 2023 online in Sakhir, the first event of the season.
The 2023 Formula 1 season is about to start! Activity on the track returned last week with the first pre-season tests held in Bahrain over three days in the morning and afternoon. This first contact was used by Red Bull to show its dominance at the head of the table. The new cars strutted their stuff in the hands of Max Verstappen and Sergio Pérez. The Ferrari cars have improved in some ways, but not so much in others. Mercedes did not finish the tests in a convincing manner, and Aston Martin was confirmed as one of the surprises of the season.
Putting the cars to the real test
This coming weekend will be the moment in which all the teams get to demonstrate in real competition what these cars gave a preview of in these first training sessions. The grand prix season kicks off on March 3, 4, and 5 with the Bahrain GP, the first race of the season to be held at the Sakhir circuit.
