After an enthralling season in the Premier League, this Sunday the 2022-23 campaign comes to an end. Manchester City have already been crowned champion and places for next season’s Champions League.

With Champiions and Europa League places having already been decided, on matchday 38, discovering the team that secures the Conference League place and the two teams that join Southampton in being relegated to the Championship will be resolved.

Man City, Arsenal, Manchester United and Newcastle will all play in the 2023/34 Champions League. Liverpool and Brighton are heading to the Europa League as Aston Villa hold an advantage over Tottenham to secure a place in the 23/24 Conference League.

Southampton are down and two from Leeds United, Leicester City and Everton will join the Saints in the English second tier next season.
