Liverpool’s thumping midweek win over Rangers has left the Reds on the cusp of qualification for the Champions League last 16, but in the Premier League they’re lagging majorly. Defeat to Arsenal last weekend left the Reds 14 points adrift of the top, and six points off the top four.

City, who sealed their place in the Champions League knockout stages in a 0-0 draw against FC Copenhagen on Tuesday, go into Premier League matchday 11 trailing leaders Arsenal by one point. The Sky Blues have won their last three league games - including a 6-3 derby mauling of Manchester United - and have netted 13 goals in the process.
