Despite Manchester City and Chelsea’s recent dominance on the domestic scene, neither club can hold a candle to the Red Devils or The Reds when it comes to historical trophy supremacy.

Chelsea’s 32 and City’s 36 major titles are overshadowed by the 68 claimed by the Old Trafford side with Liverpool on the cusp of drawing level with their perennial rivals as the side from Anfield sit on 67 major title wins.

One more win in the Premier League will see Liverpool crowned Premier League champions (or an Arsenal slip-up) with the title set to be their 20th domestic league win.
