Ecuador

On October 14th at Chivas Stadium in Guadalajara, Ecuador will face El Tri. The South American team also booked their 2026 ticket and offer a threat via Enner Valencia. Moisés Caicedo, Piero Hincapié, and Pedro Vite are some of the other regular players for coach Sebastián Beccacece.

On November 15th in Torreón, at the TSM Stadium, the Mexican team will face the talented Uruguayan squad under legendary coach Marcelo Bielsa. The second match of that month will be played on November 18th, against Paraguay in San Antonio, Texas which brings an end to the calendar year for the Mexican side.

Portugal and France could be other high-caliber teams that the Mexican team could face before the 2026 World Cup. The matches would be in March and one of them could be at the reopening of the Banorte Stadium.
