Real Madrid set to inaugurate official concept restaurant in Mexico City

With a “fast casual” cuisine concept, the Spanish club and the Grupo San Pablo are set to open the first Real Madrid restaurant in the Mexican capital.

Mexico City has been selected as the location for the first official Real Madrid restaurant the LaLiga EA Sports club have confirmed.

The Spanish club confirmed the development as a result of its venture with Grupo San Pablo with the launch of ‘UNO By Real Madrid’- After the inaugural Mexico branch, the idea is expand other franchises in key global hotspots.

The doors of the first ‘UNO’ will open for business with the club claiming: ‘The restaurant chain aims to expand the Real Madrid brand around the world by providing an innovative fast-casual restaurant concept. The chain’s first restaurant will be opened in October in Mexico City at Masaryk 29.

The statement adds that ‘UNO By Real Madrid was created with the aim of becoming an international benchmark in this type of restaurant, where the main focus is on the quality of the product. Through an innovative concept, it aspires to become a flagship venue where the club’s 600 million fans around the world can enjoy healthy, quality food, get together to watch the matches and purchase the club’s official products.

In association with the values of the Real Madrid brand, namely self-improvement, leadership and continuous endeavour, and to mark the launch of this restaurant concept, the ‘Hungry for more’ campaign has been created. This highlights the club’s successes and announces the opening of the first restaurant in Mexico City´.
