Tensions rise in Manchester as local fan enters Real Madrid pre-game gathering
A Manchester City fan wandered through the Real Madrid travelling support.
Manchester City and Real Madrid have met up with each other more times than I have cut the grass over the past few seasons, with a new European date on the cards for the two teams practically a given every year.
But such frequency has not diluted the atmosphere for their meet-ups. In fact, it has only fanned the flames of a rivalry that is growing year on year.
One Manchester City fan showed the rising tensions between the two sides as he wandered - on purpose or otherwise - through the Real Madrid gathering pre-game at the Etihad.
