The 2022-23 Premier League season came to an end on Sunday with the European places now confirmed for next season.

Liverpool and Brighton
Liverpool finish the season in fifth place with 67 points, four less than Newcastle, and five more than Brighton, who end their spectacular campaign in sixth and will join Liverpool in the Europa League next season.
Jurgen Klopp’s side played out an entertaining 4-4 draw away to already relegated Southampton, while Brighton lost 2-1 away to Aston Villa.
Villa back in Europe
