Will Raúl Jiménez feature for Mexico in next FIFA break?
The attacker was sidelined at the end of Jaime Lozano’s reign so questions are being asked ahead of the era of Javier Aguirre.

Javier Aguirre’s tenure will begin in September, as the Mexican national team resumes action to face New Zealand and Canada in matches corresponding to the FIFA break. With just weeks to go before the games, the roster for El Tri is starting to take shape, and there will be some player returns.
Reports hint at Jiménez and Martín in Mexico roster
According to reporter Gibran Araige, forward Raúl Jiménez will don the green jersey once again, as the national team’s higher-ups have already sent a request to Fulham to release the player for the upcoming month. The same source revealed that another player set to return is Henry Martín, who was previously left out and unable to play in the last edition of the Copa América.

As of now, nothing has been officially confirmed, but the final Mexico roster is expected to be announced in the coming weeks. It’s worth noting that these games are of great importance, as El Tri has already qualified directly for the next World Cup as one of the host nations. Jiménez will surely want to be a part of that.
